I know sometimes it's hard to, but self-love helps you to be a better version of yourself and also helps other people because you can help them and they can be inspired by how much you love yourself, if you have trouble finding things you like just think about how you can do basic things like, my eyes can see all the beauty around me. ok, hope this helps ;)
